ScienCentral to feature segment on Huntington's Disease
August 24, 2004ScienCentral, a producer of science stories radio, television and the internet will feature a segment on Huntington's Disease, beginning Tuesday, August 24, 2004.
The segment has been sent to all ABC affiliates for use during the week of August 24. At this time, HDSA does not have a schedule of times that the segment may air, but we will alert you if we receive additional information. The segment can also be viewed on the ScienCentral website, www.sciencentral.com, from August 23-31.
The Huntington's Disease Society of America (HDSA) wishes to thank the HD family members who volunteered to tell their story to ScienCentral so that millions of viewers, who will see this story worldwide over the next week, could be educated about Huntington's Disease and the hope that research offers for effective treatments and eventually a cure.
